2. What if I need to change something on my website?We build websites for the purpose of it being most useful to you. If you need anything changed such as adding posts or pages, you can do so using the friendly page-builder interface. You can always contact us if you get stuck along the way!

3. Why do I need to pay extra for a premium theme?Themes are the fundamental design of your website. We highly recommend purchasing a premium theme to improve the visual quality of your website unless you already have one. We do NOT make any profit on the theme you decide to purchase.

4. Do I own the website and other assets?Yes. I don’t own anything of the website. If you want I can give you full admin rights, so you can even delete me as you want. You pay for the website, so it’s your property.

1. What are your service fees?Our fees are completely transparent and based on market rates. They are indicated on the service packages on our website. If you have any concerns on pricing, please consult with us directly and we may be able to accommodate any requests.

2. What are Add-ons?Add-ons are additional costs you pay for services you need that we do not profit from. Add-ons are only necessary if you do not already have the required assets such as a domain or logo.

3. What is your refund policy?We want our clients to be happy and satisfied with our work. If we did a bad job, we will own up to it and offer a proportionate refund. Each client engagement is unique and we reserve the right to offer refunds at our own discretion.

4. What if my website gets hacked?We protect your website from basic security threats such as brute-force attempts on our cloud hosting plan. However, we do not specialize in website security nor is it a service we advertise. SiteNED is not liable for any data breaches as a result of hackers. If you need additional protection for your website, please consult a professional.
